A lovely game for EYFS and KS1 learning their sounds. There are 12 pictures to talk about and sort into the sound groups. Children could sort C and K or you could challenge them to sort ch, c and k sounds. The pictures can be matched to the words and/or corresponding sounds. Cut out and laminate for games that you can re-use. Print out twice for more matching games.

A complete alphabet of plants we eat. There are 3 cards and pictures for each letter of the alphabet showing the lower case letter, upper case letter and the word. Cut and laminate the cards and they can be used over and again for different purposes including displays, flashcards, matching games and phonics work. There are lots of foods children will be familiar with and some more unusual ones.

This resource contains images of activity ideas. These activity ideas can support children with handwriting and fine motor control. An assessment sheet designed to find out how your pupils feel about reading. There are boxes to fill in such as my favourite book and words /phrases to tick off such as: Reading is amazing / a chore / interesting /cool. A fun Summer word work activity for KS1 children. The first page shows a summer word list made using colour pens. Sheet 5 asks children to make their own colour word list for Summer.
